Red spotted flat millipede
you need a vivarium approx 20cm x 15cm x 15cm as a minimum for 3 to 4 mills
temperature should be about 70 to 80 degrees, room temp plus a bit, and a slight drop at night is not a problem
humidity is required at or around 70 to 80 degrees
substrate can be any moisture retentive substrate, on this should be placed deciduous wood humus and bits of soft rotting deciduous hard wood (do not collect in areas where insdecticides etc are used, or near main roads)
mix some powdered calcium with the humus on the surface (rasped cuttlefish bone)
they will feed on the leaf litter, but will also eat some friuit and vegetables,experiment with different types to see what is most preffered
