Care Sheet
p mirifica
Like many European Protaetia fruit beetles, mirifica needs a winter diapause for a few months at about 10 degrees or so in a slightly drier soil
we winterise the larvae in December and then bring them back to a normal temperature at the end of February
They form pupae in the spring ready for the adults to arrive in the summer when they start to mate and start the whole process again
