The Southern house spiders are native to Southern parts of the US, central America and South America. The males are more slender bodied then the females. They are also known as crevice weavers due to the fact they build tangled webs in the form of a circular tunnel that leads into secluded cracks/crevices in their environment. They can be kept communally.
