The Red Apple Crab is a rather uncommon and unknown crab in the hobby. These crabs are not fully aquatic, on the contrary, they are terrestrial crabs. Their natural habitat comprises areas nearby rivers and streams in dense tropical forest. These crabs are omnivores, nocturnal and sociable. These crabs are scavengers and need a good mix of protein and vegetation. Crabs require a source of fresh-water, devoid of chemicals. Rain water or distilled water will work.
